Don't walk, RUN!!!
I've been a customer for many years... aside from the most recent rate hike, the service has gone way downhill. The billpay site is misleading, if reps think you're too angry they put you on hold until you give up. If you call they quite litterally REFUSE to let you speak to a supervisor, and when you finally reach one they have 0 power to help you anyway. Garbage service, garbage company, garbage people, RUN!
