Delayed order

Ordered the new Apple Watch ultra on 11-23-22. Status changed 11-25-22 to SHIPPED. It has not changed at all and today is 11-28-22. The installment plan shows that I will pay $822 for the device at 36months. All taxes were paid. Balance should be $799.99. The warranty has already started to decrease, even though the order hasn’t left their warehouse. I have screen shots as proof of all three issues. AT&T is scamming customers.
