Data Usage
Can i set alerts to tell me when my family account gets to 25% and 50%? I want to know sooner how the data is doing.

Hello there @2023JCC, we'd love to help with updating your alerts for data usage.
Do you have the myAT&T app on your phone? If not, you may want to add it. With the app, you can control your data usage alerts. Through the app, go to Usage>Manage Account>Data, Voice, or Text Alerts. You may not be able to set it to alert you at 25% or 50% usage, but you may find a point that will work for your intentions.
If you have an active AT&T Prepaid account, you can use Star Service on your cellphone's key pad and dial *77# which will send a free text with your account and feature balances.
