I had a problem getting a new sim card for 2 phones. One of the phones was disconnected in the process and did not work for 10 days. To resolve the problem my accounts were closed then reopened. Now I am paying more. This company performs the worst customer service I have ever received. I have to pay more for their mistake. What they are doing is a crime. If i cancel service and go somewhere else I owe them more and have to pay at the next company. Who can actually help?
