I was promised a in store brand-new cell phone 08/29/2017 along with a credit of a $120 At&t has decided not to honor what they said and the notes reflect the conversation. I made several calls for them to honor what they have said each time has been a horrific experience. The most reason was stan. Will someone help me out?

The automated message was not a reply to your problem.
Simce we are customers, not ATT. And have no idea why you were promised a phone, we really have No solution for you. Employees can’t just go rouge and give away free phones. Not if they expect to keep their jobs
