Customer service ordered me to leave
I went into at&t store in Morgantown mall WV, and was told I had to put on a mask I pleaded at first for the man to understand that I cant because of health issues. I went to even explain because of the cancer of have that couldn't, it was extremely embarrassing but to no avail he order me to leave. It was a scene that I will never forget. I have been an at&t customer for the last two years and my contract is up next month and was looking to upgrade. I do not hold a company responsible for two employees, but will be telling this story to my support group. I trollish at@t understood how embarrassing this was for me.

You should be able to get a statement from your physician documenting your situation and limitations to show in such situations. But if you're on chemo or radiation and therefore immunocompromised, is it really worth the risk to go to a store to do something that could easily have been done online?

A business has the right to refuse service to anyone. Apparently this business was looking out for their employees and customers.
If you cannot wear a mask, stay home.
