You can get the last 16 months yourself online, in fact that’s the only way to get. ATT won’t send it to you. As for anything older than what is online, you must call and request bill reprints. You need to request the detailed bill that includes call and text logs. The reprints are sent via USPS, there is no way to get them electronically. There is also a $5 charge for each reprint, so you’re looking at approximately $220 for all those reprints.
