Convenience fee added to the bill I just paid to Kris of the Philippines. Why?
I called and spoke with Kris in the Philippines asking about my wireless bill which I have not yet received. She took my checking account information and paid my bill of $89.82 due by March 28, 2022. She gave me a confirmation number and we hung up. Then I receive an email citing that I had agreed to a $5.00 convenience fee. She never mentioned a convenience fee to me and I resent ATT tacking this onto the bill I was paying---paying early I might add as I have not even received my paper bill at this time. Please reverse this "convenience fee" charge.
