Convenience fee added to the bill I just paid to Kris of the Philippines. Why?
I called and spoke with Kris in the Philippines asking about my wireless bill which I have not yet received. She took my checking account information and paid my bill of $89.82 due by March 28, 2022. She gave me a confirmation number and we hung up. Then I receive an email citing that I had agreed to a $5.00 convenience fee. She never mentioned a convenience fee to me and I resent ATT tacking this onto the bill I was paying---paying early I might add as I have not even received my paper bill at this time. Please reverse this "convenience fee" charge.

You could have used the bill pay service through your bank at no charge. Also you could have used the interactive voice service to make a payment without a convenience fee. Link below on convenience fee.
