Conflict Resolution

Nov. 2022 i Purchased a phone from ATT with a trade your phone in sales promotion at the time i had an iPhone 14 128 I wanted the iPhone 14 Pro max purple 256 I traded the phone in and paid the difference no contract however the sales rep sold me the same phone just in purple. I explain to that day this not the phone i wanted i did all that was required from att as far as sending their phone back, however a year later , i have not been reimbursed nor have i gotten my original phone back, and i have not received any resolution whatsoever from att i would encourage everyone NOT TO SHOP WITH ATT FOR ANYTHING. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THIS ISSUE FOR ALMOST A YEAR NOW PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DO NOT SHOP WITH ATT!

Please put accurate terms in for:

*Next up early upgrade with return to AT&T

*Trade-in promotion (what did you trade in)

*Return and exchange window (14 days)

      . These are three entirely different things and it is very unclear in your original post what occurred.

Quite possible the reason you're not getting a resolution is no one understands what the problem is.

I'm pretty sure you didn't understand how the trade-in deals work or any of its requirements.
