YOU HAVE REPEADLY SENT ME THE INFORMATION FOR ONE OF YOUR CLIENTS... HAS TAKE OVER 13 CALLS/CHATS TO GET MY EMAIL ADDRESS REMOVED (I LIVE IN A COUNTRY WITHOUT AT&T) I HAVE HAD YOU MANAGERS HANG UP ON ME AND REFUSE TO PROVIDE INFORMATION ON HOW TO CONTACT OFFICE OF CEO/PRESIDENT. YOU NEED TO TRAIN YOUR STAFF AND FIRE A LOT WHO DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

I think if someone else had given AT&T my e-mail address for their account, and I had their phone number, I think I'd call them and ask them to change it.
And if that didn't work, I'd call their Apple Watch...
And, if I were even more devious, (but I'm not, and I'd never suggest anyone do this), I might even log into their account, do a forgot password (since my e-mail is on the account and I'd get the e-mail) and change it to something else. Only problem would be is if they have MFA on the account.
