Change my number which is in line, to a different at&t account - effect on monthly payment

I am a line holder in an AT&T account and they are planning to close the account. So I want to shift my line to a different account. I have an iPhone which I got at a discount and paying the discounted installments in the current line and account. Will that discount on my monthly installment for iPhone continue if I change my line to a different account? I am currently paying 35$ for the network and 5$ for the iPhone 14. Will this price continue if I shift my number and line to a different AT&T account?

thanks in advance.

The current account owner will have to do a transfer of billing responsibility to you so that you can manage your own account.

In order to keep your promotion on the phone you will have to have at least the starter plan. The extra plan and premium plan are also eligible for phone promotions.

The starter plan starts at $65 before taxes and fees and your $5 net phone cost.  So no it will not be $35. Group plans discount every phone line on the plan so that the average cost is much lower.

Between the cost of the starter plan, taxes, and the $5 net phone cost you should probably expect about an $75- 80 bill every month
