Can't recover any accounts do to no access to phone number
I cannot recover any important accounts because all verification is sent to my associated phone number for an account that is currently suspended due to non payment. Please help. ASAP

AT&T will not un suspended you account until bill is paid down to $0.00 balance. After a certain amount of time being suspended the account will be closed, number lost, and turned over to collections. You can try to borrow money until payday from loan companies to pay your bill.
