Canceled account by global fraud management
I have been trying to reach out to someone in regards to my past due balance. When I tried to arrange something through chat, they arranged my payment for a date I didn’t request. My account was suspended. I thought all I had left to do was pay the past due balance since customer service couldn’t get my arrangement right. Immediately within the same day of it being suspended my account was canceled. I followed up with the executive office and was told that’s not their department. I was then told it was notated that global fraud management canceled the account. I was never told why, just transferred to their number and never go a hold of anyone. I want to reinstate my services and was never told how I can do this, or even why the fraud management department canceled my account. I was just transferred to customer service in the end right to the main att line.

you must pay the entire balance to zero to get service restored, however it seems this went on for awhile and your account was cancelled sl its gone and your numbers gone, but your still responsible for the amount due otherwise they will send it to collections and ruin your credit, your due date for payment arrangement is what the computer would allow
