At&t doesn't use email for contact.   You'll have to call. 1.800.331.0500 

If your order has already been shipped, ask them if they can have FedEx or UPS return the package. Make sure you follow up to cancel service within 3 days

My question is "Can I send an email message to ATT to confirm the cancellation of my new order?" What's ATT email address for customer services?

If you immediately cancelled the order then the order probably hasn't been shipped. You may have received order details before you cancelled. You can check out Cancel or update a wireless order page that includes the following steps:
