Can I order iPhone 15 online and trade in old phone in store
Question about trading in an iPhone 12 to get a bill credit towards a new iPhone 15. Instead of mailing my iPhone 12 with pre-paid shipping label can I just take it to an AT&T store for trade in? Or do I have to wait until the iPhone 15 is released and buy it in store at same time of trade in?

Yes, please make sure you read your order carefully and at the bottom there is an option to select in-store trade in. If you don't see it, look carefully it is there somewhere.
When you do your in-store trade-in make sure you save that receipt that is proof of trade in a safe place. Do not throw it out just because you think your phone got to where it was supposed to go.

As @formerlyknownas mentioned, When you do your in-store trade-in make sure you save that receipt that is proof of trade in a safe place. Do not throw it out just because you think your phone got to where it was supposed to go.
I suggest you return the device online with the help of the trading kit, so that u will be able to track the device once the device reach's the Warehouse the credits will be applied with-in 2 to 3 billing cycles.
