Call or chatting history with AT&T customer service specialist
I called several times and chatted with customer service specialist about the status of my account and situation of the returning device. Every time I called them, I have to start from beginning. I’m following up their previous actions. I think they should be aware of previous conversations and records.
I want to know the history of my conversations and phone calls with customer service representatives or specialists. Please let me know the process.

There's no history of your conversation and phone calls other than what you keep. Any AT&T records are not available outside of the company. There may or may not be notes on the account from previous conversations. In all honesty, though, you're probably better off explaining why you're calling each time so you can make sure the person you are talking to has an accurate grasp of your needs, rather than hoping the notes someone else hastily typed in are accurate and complete enough to actually help.
