Billing\payment issue

I have the $75 unlimited plan and I have auto pay on and just putt $55 on my account and I now have $55 on my account and owed a balance of $55. So when I put the $55 on my account it won't let me pay my phone bill with it and I need help fixing this issue asap

You should have let the auto-pay go through on its own. When you manually pay you do not get the auto-pay discount. You will have to add another $20

@lizdance40 That is not supposed to be happpening. Autopay is supposed to use account balance first. As long as autopay processes, the autopay discount should still get applied. If that is no longer true, something is wrong.
