Bad voice quality and Incorrect Caller Id displayed
I have subscribed to AT&T international calling plan for $15 per month which allows calling to many destination countries including India. I use this for office purpose. However, i see that AT&T displays local India CLI for such calls which is completely illegal and needs to address. Also voice quality is super bad.I am trying to reach AT&T customer service and they are of no help. They keep me on hold for long and disconnect. Pathetic service and bad network.

1. Instead of displaying my US number as Caller ID it shows some random India based number.
2. Voice quality is always bad when i am calling India. That's where i call most often. It worked very well while i was using Verizon but in AT&T iam facing this on every call that i make to India number.

Hello@Sanbuddy, This is not the experience we want for our customers. We regret to hear that you are going through this situation regarding your long distance calls from U.S. to India. We can help!
As far as the prefix the number being incorrect, first, you will dial001,which is the U.S. code. Next dial+91(the country code for India) then dial area code, and finally the phone number of your contact.
This should help with the incorrect prefix applied to your number when dialing the recipient in India.
Let's try some troubleshooting, to make sure your calls going out consistent quality. We recommend checking out our tips for improving wireless calls that include:
Rebooting your phone. This is a quick way to refresh your phone connection to our network, and can prevent you from having to contact multiple times.
Turning Airplane mode off, and back on. This is another way to refresh your device connection.

Using our device support page. This includes other troubleshooting methods to help improve your call quality, and fix the wrong number being displayed when you call.
In addition, please let us know if this is happening for all calls to India or only India number. This will help us to look further into this further. We look forward to hearing back from you.

None of these solutions has anything to do with the problems i listed. If i had device problem it will affect all calls and not just International calls. Call quality and Caller Id is fine while i make calls to US numbers.
Problem is for International calls. This is to do with your network or partner network/voice carrier to whom to route these calls. Kindly address this issue at earliest. You cannot imagine the kind of embarrassment i have when they dont pickup calls due to unknown caller ID and also bad voice quality especially on my official calls.
