ATT SCAM TRADE IN FOR NOTE 20 ULTRA
I traded in a perfectly good working note 8 in August
Still waiting for credit.. Said I would receive $1000.00
Credit is supposed to be issued last cycle now told credit would go through next cycle
Att is lying will be filing a complaint with fcc bbb and department of consumer protection!

Please know that the process time for eligible device trade-ins may take in-between 1-3 billing cycles to appear and apply monthly credits on your wireless account.

Same thing happened to me, i had Note 8 from att, which I was trying to activate when I switch to ATT and store rep told me to trade in my Note 8 so that I get $1000 towards the Note 20 ultra, looks like it was a scam, the very device which I was trying to activate at beginning says the phone is not working not turning on the trade in department.
