AT&T LOCKER???

I have att locker. I have had it for.... god years. I cant seem to access it at all. its not on my att acount open now. and im paying 2.99 a month for something i cant use or am using and dont know it. I merged my old account that had me reset a password for att locker. changed it and it brought direct tv/dtvauth saying its logging me in but it is not. It also will not open on my phone. just says error??? is this a dinosaur thing thats vanished and i am paying for an invisible piece of nothing??
