AT&T lies to its customers , it's a total scam.
I have the worst experience with AT&T, I sent 3 almost new phones to do trade in and after waiting more than 3 months they told me that they had already received them, so now they tell me that they never received them since they were sent to the wrong warehouse, They stole my phones and lied to my face all the time, it is a mockery and a scam towards customers.
They promised me a free phone so that I could switch to their company and they never gave me that free phone, for my AT&T there is nothing professional about it, much less has respect for customers, really as soon as I get out of this nightmare and finish paying the phones they tricked me with, so I'm leaving this company for Verizon or another company where they at least keep what they promise and have some respect and professionalism with their customers.

File a Better Business Bureau complaint. Someone will have to find your phones at the wrong Warehouse in order to get your credits started

but worst of all, I have the tracking number and says they picked it up on December 2, but they say that since it was sent to the wrong warehouse, another company is in charge of collecting that

The representative who attended me by phone at the beginning told me that I should send the phones in the same box in which the new ones would be sent to me, and that I should use the label that would be inside the same box and that was what I did, after I called to make sure everything was fine and then they said yes, they told me that everything was perfect and they also told me how my bill would look after the third cycle, and now it turns out that the phone does not appear and they say that the phones were sent to the wrong cellar and now they can't do anything for me, as a result I have a very high bill and no one to take responsibility, I really feel like they've scammed me and played with me all the time

Here's my experience with them. Between the person that sold it to me, another tech that is handling it now & the District Manager, its a circle of lies. I've been with them since 1988. They are all about the money, not about the customers. Now I'm paying for 6 lines instead of 4. Calling Corporate will be a waste of your breath. They won't help you. That's why they are rated #4 in best providers.

Worst experience I had. I should of known better to go to an AT&T authorized dealer store instead of directly going to an AT&T store.
I upgraded two of my lines November/December. The sales person Dylan (Edited as per community guidelines) talked me into adding a line so I could get a new phone and pay only $5.00 monthly installment. The other upgrade I was given the same deal but with no monthly installments. When I received my receipt for the transactions, it had my name but not my address. It had an out of state address. I asked to correct it and was told they couldn't. Noah told me that when a name is typed in, it randomly picks an address. Noah signed the receipt with the incorrect address and told me it will be fine. Then Dylan told me to come back in 30 days and he can delete the new line and I could keep my current phone number. I came back in and was told it was now 45 days. I came back in a 3rd and was told once again its now 60 days. I came back in a 4th time and was told it is now 90. At this point I was beyond pissed off. I've went back several times after that and finally I was told, by Noah I couldn't cancel the new lines but I could cancel the old lines instead. I told Noah that I am going to write a review about this store and the 2 employees and he begged me not to because it would look bad on him. OH WELL!!! I am now paying for 6 lines instead of 4. After being jerked around since November, my last option is to file a complaint with the BBB and Attorney States Office. I've been a customer way back when it was Cingular 1988. Is this how you treat your long time, loyal customers? Shame on you! The salesperson was Dylan (Edited as per community guidelines)(who is no longer at that store) & the store manager is Noah, not sure of his last name.
I will not refer people to your store. I will send them to local AT&T store. I would appreciate a call back with a solution to my issue.(***-***-****) Giving the phone back & cancelling the new number are not an option. My old phone was used as a trade in.
