AT&T Business Account
⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ They canceled our business account and now we're stuck with 3 Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra's that are basically garbage now since they're locked to AT&T. Either way AT&T has now turned into garbage don't use them. ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ We traded in devices worth about $3,460 dollars and they have now stolen our trade-ins and will not return them or fix our account. We plan on taking AT&T to Federal Court as we have exhausted all our options. Even small claims court or dispute resolution. We're moving our next route to Federal Court.

Why does this look sketchy?
Oh I know why, because the S23 series came out the middle of February and you could not possibly have gotten into small claims court in under two months.
Because Dispute resolution is a 60-day process and you haven't even passed the 60-day clock yet.
Because You cannot sue your service provider in 'federal court'. You are limited to arbitration or small claims.
Because this probably would have been resolved if you just talk to the fraud department. Or made a better business bureau complaint. That is assuming any of this is true which is unlikely.
I'm not saying AT&T isn't capable of colossal mistakes and I know they have marked people's accounts for fraud and blacklisted phones before. Usually for lack of proof of identity, on a business account probably for lack of a business tax ID number.
So maybe this is true and you just have no idea what you're doing?
You do not have a federal court option. I don't believe you have exhausted all possibilities. Your first stop should have been a corporate store to ask why your phone's no longer worked and why you were being told your account was canceled for fraud.
Your last resort was to file on FCC or better business bureau complaint.
