att account shows wrong device
my daughter is using a galaxy s7 edge, and it's getting pretty old and beat up. I'm wanting to get her something newer, but the site won't let me. her device is listed as "amber alert GPS" instead of galaxy s7 and whenever I select it for an upgrade I just get a generic "uh oh, something went wrong" error pop up.

Upgrade in a store or over the phone. The line has to be converted to a phone line
