Adding a Unite Explore back to Unlimited Plus Plan - At my wits end!
I am so frustrated at ATT. I have 8 devices on my UL Plus plan - 4 phones, 3 Unite Explores, 1 WHPI. My son uses 1 cell and 1 hotspot device and he was set to deploy to Africa at the end of August. I set up with the military suspension dept. at ATT and all was fine. Well his orders got changed and now he's not leaving until Nov. I sent an email (2 weeks ago) to have the military hold stopped until Nov but they kept it on for the hotspot.
I have spent 3 days trying to get them to fix it but no one really knows what they are doing it seems. It is finally working but shows on myatt as a Nationwide 450 plan for $40 a month and the $20 for laptop access. Put it back just like the other two on the plan. It is still not right as of this morning and I have to call again.
Why is this so hard to fix? Should I even bother taking it off in Nov after this fiasco?
