Add A Line Transfer of Billing Responsibility
My mother added a line and bought her boyfriend an iPhone 7 and iPad 2 mini. A day or two later, he married another woman. Now, she wants out of it. Can she transfer the billing responsibility of that line to him essentially making him get his own contract?

Yes she can but if he does not accept the transfer, she is still stuck with those lines and devices. Unfortunately, you can't force someone to accept a transfer of billing responsibility.

Be careful, I did the transfer of responsibility and was given one amount but billed more then double the amount. I have been calling weekly to dispute the billing. Every call is no less then an hour, transferred many times and also disconnected and had to start over. Currently looking into a company that cares about the customer.
