Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to get it removed from someone else’s account except to start using it on your own ATT account.

you need to get a refund, only the original owner can remove it from their account so your ebay retailer cant even do anything to get it unlocked. you can wait and hope the original owner removes it, or use it with at&t or get a refund, at&t wont share the original owners information with you
