I was just recently accepted and enrolled in the ACP program but I do not know how to claim the benefits I have the account number and everything but I don't know where to go from here can you please assist me in getting my ACP benefits

We understand the importance of getting your ACP discount onto your account @Ez_does_it_2112.

Since you already applied for and were approved from the ACP benefit, you'll need to complete our prepaid ACP enrollment form online. Once you've submitted the form, you'll get a call or text from us confirming your enrollment within 48 hours. You can see more details about our prepaid ACP program, along with some common questions about it, over on this page about ACP enrollment.

For postpaid customer once you are approved, call 866.986.0963 to enroll with your National Verifier application ID.
