Account Issues
I just switched from cricket to at&t today. I did all of it online and placed my order for my new phone and verified my ID but I was never given my account number. Now when I go to login I can't, I was never given a chance to make a user ID and I was never given a account number and my phone doesn't come in until the end of the month. How am I supposed to get into my account to not only view the order but also see my account info.

So you've ordered a phone and started the process of requesting to port from cricket to AT&T. But you don't have a phone yet, and you still have cricket service until your new phone arrives and the port is complete...
Correct ?
When you finally do have your new phone and your phone number has been ported out of cricket and into AT&T only then are you able to create a user ID because you will have an active number on AT&T

If you still have cricket service because you don't have an AT&T phone, and your phone number has not been switched over to AT&T yet, you can't do any of that. You are not an AT&T customer until you have a phone in hand for *service* and 2 factor authentication .
