48 hour hold on the new account. I cannot access ATT account or add more lines.
I went to Target Mobile! Ported numbers from Tmobile to ATT. Activated the first line then when the person tried to add more lines it threw a saying account look up error. When I called ATT to add passcode they said ATT has put 48 hour hold on the account. Therefore, I cannot add any more lines or do anything with the account. I am very frustrated with AT&T. Making my life miserable. Please help or advise.
