Please help me Numbersync my to my note 20 ultra
I just purchased a watch 3. I've tried literally everything to get the watch to number sync to my note 20 ultra and nothing is working. I'm getting super frustrated and nobody can seem to help me or fix the issue! HELP ME PLEASE!!

Hello @Jackie_Glaser,
There is a known issue with customer trying to NumberSync to the Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 and Galaxy Watch Active2.
Samsung has release new software to fix the issue for impacted customers.
Try inquiring with Samsung.
Also, make sure your devices software is up to date.

I returned the watch after finding out that this is a known issue with AT&T. The fact that this issue is known company wide and yet the employee still willing screwed over a customer does not sit well with me. It goes to show all the company cares about is money. He even proceeded to put things on my account without discussing/getting approval from me. Very upset and will be looking to switch carriers.
