Ordered an Apple Watch and didn't receive a confirmation number

I went to the AT&T store today and placed an order for an Apple Watch ultra, my payment went through but I wasn't given a receipt or a confirmation email. How am I supposed to get information on my order?

Was it a Retail Store or a Corporate Store. You should have been given a receipt or an order number. That could be problematic. Why didn't your order it thru Apple?

It was a retail store. And I didn't get a receipt cause their printer was down but he said I should get an email but didn't say when or anything. I got an email from AT&T saying "thanks for the order" but it doesn't say what I ordered or have any information about anything. I don't really have a reason I didn't order it through Apple, I needed to trade in my old phone and figured I'd knock 2 things out at once.

@LawwwDawwgg  Not that it helps you now but I would never order anything from an Authorized AT&T Retail Store. If it's an Apple product, you're always better off to order it directly from Apple. There are just too many issues. The email from AT&T thanks you for the order but if it doesn't indicate what you ordered the Retail Store could have "added" anything else to it. Go back to the Retail Store and have them look up your order and then print it out. If they can't or won't, document everything you've done and just wait for your bill. In the meantime, I'd carefully review your cc statements if you paid with a cc and see if it makes sense.

Trading in your old phone to a Retail Store just complicates the issue. Start monitoring your cc statements regularly to make sure that it's in order.
