ATT NumberSync won't function
I just bought a brand new Galaxy watch 5 LTE version and got it add to my ATT plan and attempt to use ATT Numbersync to get the full functionality but i go to setting>connections>ATT Numbersync>Get Started and it says to look at my phone(which does nothing) then says getting sync code, but it fails and gives the error code: SD-PO-R-. I looked on the att support forums and found nothing helpful other than support techs asking to talkin in direct message.

Hello Murfy33, we're here to help get your Galaxy Watch 5 LTE syncing with your phone.
Make sure you have the most recent software for your wearable and the Samsung Galaxy Wear app on your smartphone to ensure you have the latest features and device protection options.
Repeat the steps for setting up NumberSync to sync to your wearable. The following is required to use AT&T NumberSync:
• An AT&T postpaid wireless account that’s been set up for AT&T HD Voice
• An AT&T HD Voice-compatible smartphone
• A wearable device that supports AT&T NumberSync and has eligible AT&T wireless service
• An AT&T User (Access) ID associated with the smartphone number
Let us know if this helps, and thank you for contacting the AT&T Community Forums.

AT&T numbersync does not work for many. I have been trying for a year to get it working on my Galaxy Watch 4 Classic and my Galaxy S22 Ultra and no matter what AT&T does, it will not work. I have been charged every month for this service and it AT&T cannot provide the service even though they continue to advertise Numbersync and charge you for it but can't provide the service. I called Samsung today and they told me it was an AT&T issue and to call them. I called but an hour ago and was just notified that my Galaxy Watch 4 Classic and my S22 Ultra were now not compatible for AT&T numbersync despite being charged for the service. This is actually is illegal. I advised them that I was going to first file a BBB complaint, secondly, an FCC complaint and then a complaint with the Attorney General in the State of Massachusetts. I was told by billing that they would issue a credit once the service was restored but AT&T cant restore the service so I'm screwed. I've been with AT&T since it was Cingular. I've been with them for over 20 years. You would think they would want to keep a customer that's been with them that long but they could really give a crap. I will exact my pound of flesh before going to another provider. Good luck with your Numbersync but don't ever count on it working no matter what they say in here. 1 year of trying everything they tell me to do is enough!
