Apple Watch
I have an Apple Watch SE gps+cellular it was purchased through att as a gift for be they paid an activation fee and now $10 a month does this mean I have cellular through att even without connecting to a iPhone if so how do I set it up it’s not letting me click set up cellular button

The person who purchased it for you and activated it on AT&T should be able to answer most of these questions. If they are paying $10 a month for service on the watch, it already has cellular service. It would now have to be paired with your phone and in order to use the watch as designed as a companion device to your phone, it also has to be set up with numbersync..

Whoever purchased the watch for you should keep an eye on their account to make sure that a second cellular plan is not set up during the number sync activation process. Please notify them that that is part of the setup process. It's automatic from The Watch there's nothing AT&T can do about it
