Apple Watch 3 won’t connect to the ATT cellular network
Can someone anyone from ATT please solve this issue. I’ve sent over 6 hours on the phone with reps trying to solve this issue. I’ve had my watch since Sep 22 and it will not connect to the cellular network! The only reason I purchased the new series was because of the LTE connectivity. If ATT is unable to solve the issue will I be issued a complete refund for the device?
I’m tired of calling ATT just to be placed on hold! I’m currently on hold yet again waiting for a representative... I’m going on 24 minutes since I asked for a supervisor to review my account.

For reference my Apple watch did not connect to cellular ether. Very similar circumstances to everyone else with over 6hrs invested, I tried working with AT&T both over the phone and two local stores and worked with Apple via phone and at the Apple store with no luck.
What really aggravated me is everyone blamed each other. AT&T blamed Apple and insisted it was the watch chipsets and Apple doesn't prepare them for big rollouts, Apple blamed AT&T and said they are not ready for such advanced hardware on there network and reminded me about the issues AT&T had when the first iPhone was rolled out and how it took time for AT&T to catch up.
I ultimately returned the watch untill both companies can get there act together and it broke my heart. I have used Apple product since 1989 and haven't seen this level of issue in top in equipment since 1995 (I had a bad PowerMac 8500 and Apple couldn't fix the ram issues I had, so they sent me a NEW 8600... back when they knew how to take care of customers)

It is amazing that after more than 3 months the issues are the same. I gave up in November and thought I could try again now until I saw your note. [Edited to comply with Guidelines]

Everyone wants to sue.... Read your terms of service is all I can say as you cant sue att in a class action and apple has the same clause which is why almost 90% of all lawsuits get thrown out...
As for the watch issues I would love to see where all these were purchased. I bought mine at best buy and it worked out of the box. There has to be a common factor causing this problem...

Purchased my watch at the same time I did my IPhone x, on the AT&T website at launch, I received my hardware 2nd week in December and returned it about 10 days in.

Well... about suing... remember the battery slowdown? Was that in your terms of service, of course...guess what happened.

@afbrand
are you talking about apples current battery stuff? If so watch those get throw out of court over the coming months...
Everyone thought the LG G4 suit was going to get LG guess what the judge threw it out because of a arbitration clause....

@afbrand
ATT is not part of that suit. ATT is not Apple and visa versa. Apple is being sued not ATT.
(Felt the need to over explainthe obvious) 🙄
