U-Verse TV and WiFi keep going out

I have had U-Verse for a little over a month, after switching from comcast. I have never had an issue with my services with comcast. Over the past week, my services has been disrupted at least ten times. Sometimes it is while I am watching a show, it will just cut out entirely, and have to go through the reset process. Last night it did this twice over the course of 40 minutes. I was out of town this weekend and my roommate mentioned it happened to her several times as well. None of my Thursday and Friday shows were recorded on my DVR either. Any thoughts as to what this could be? My internet cuts out when this is happening as well, as they are connected.
