Uverse Internet plus ESPN3 entitles me to watch ACC replays>
When I attempted to watch an ACCNEXT game replay via WatchESPN, I was asked to choose my TV provider. Well I don't subscribe to ATT TV. So am I certified to watch ESPN3 or not?

You must be a TV subscriber and pay for a package that includes ESPN.
"To access the WatchESPN service...a user must still have a package from a television provider that offers the ESPN family of networks, as WatchESPN requires users to log in via their television provider credentials. U-Verse customers use their AT&T usernames and passwords."
