We have Not been able to Sign-in to Our Uverse APP since Sept. 12-13th!!
Have spoken to MANY People in Retention, and Tech Support.....but only Two, were even Aware of this Ongoing Issue!!??
Called last week, and finally got a Great Phone Rep. half way Around the World in
India, who was Very Knowledgeable, and was Able to put a FIX-IT Ticket in for Us♡.
But......as of Today,
Tuesday October 12, 2021.....An ENTIRE MONTH LATER...We STILL CAN NOT LOG IN TO THE Uverse APP !!
My Spouse has been Trying to Log In Since Pre-Season Football Started, ....to be Able to Watch the Games IOn His Laptop (NO TV AVAILABLE )
But,:To NO Avail !
Let's just say......He's NOT HAPPY, WITH THE LACK OF CONCERN, ON THE PART OF AT&T!!

and I'm So DISGUSTED with what Randall Stevenson, (and Others)....have Done to RUIN the INTEGRITY of AT&T!!
And the Way THEY TREAT LOYAL, PAYING CUSTOMERS, IS APPALLING!

and CREDIT FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO USE the Uverse APP, ON OUR DEVICES for A MONTH.....AND COUNTING!!
