U verses button stopped working
I have a S10-S1 remote, the back button no longer works.

Be advised that the newest remotes don't have the "mode" (AUX, VCR, etc) buttons. If you want a remote that controls your non-TV devices, your best bet would be to buy a Logitech Harmony remote.

I went to ebay a year ago and got like 4 remotes for like $10 or $15 not bad still have 2 just sitting on the shelf
