TV apps not allowing u-verse logins

New subscriber here. I am trying to set up the Roku apps for some of the channels I receive on U-verse. In some cases (HBO) it says I am not subscribed. In some cases (Disney, FYI) it says I am not allowed to receive the live stream.

From looking over the messages here it seems this is a common issue, though I have not found any obvious solutions.

To clarify I am using my att id and password when prompted.

Hi @Sylver

We'll do our best to help! Start by resetting your Access ID password and try signing into the apps again.

Let us know how it goes!

Good Morning,

I tried that and the system is still telling me:

Please Note

It appears that your AT&T U-verse subscription does not include HBO.

HBO GO is available free to AT&T U-verse customers who subscribe to HBO. If you believe that you received this message in error, please contact AT&T at 1-800-ATT-2020 or visit http://www.att.com/uverse.

If you would like to sign up for HBO, you can do so directly from your television by going to channel 9910 and following the instructions. You may also call AT&T directly at 1-800-ATT-2020 or visit https://www.att.com/olam.

I just tried the new login on Disney Go and I can access the shows on there now (that is a plus). I was unable to access anything before, but there is no access to the live stream. The same thing applies to the Hallmark channels, and the ABC and NBC apps.
