Missing funcs in Guide/DVR (Limiited info, No "Show all episodes", No muti-delete, series cumbersome
I switched from Spectrum to limited information in guide on programs. Mainly happly, it is more affordable, the picture is superior, and the internet is faster and more reliable). But here are my gripes so far:
1. GUIDE: No "find all occurences of this program" showing all known times and channels, letting you pick a future instance to record),
2. GUIDE/DVR: Limited program information -- While it does tell you when first broadcast, Spectrum's guide also tells you the Season and Episode number, and the DVR does as well for recorded programs. Spectrum also lets you view instances of the selected program in the ON-DEMAND service. VERY VRICH IMPLEMENTATION BY SPECTRUM AND VERY WEAK IN FIOPTICS.
2. GUIDE/DVR: Cannot set series to record if you are already watching it, You can only record the ONE episode playing now. The only way to record series is to select a FUTURE episode in the guide, only then do you hace the option to record a series. Or use search with the annoying & tedious on-screen text entry.
3. DVR: Program delete is tedious in the extreme when deleting multiple recordings. Spectrum presents ALL recordings and you CKECK the ones to delete, then you only have ONE confirmation to Delete N Programs, not something you have to do over and over for every program to delete with FIOPTICS.
Can someone forward this to the FIOPICS development team as suggested (begged-for) enhancements? I really think it would increase the number of customers who switch and decide to stay with you.

Edit: What is FIOPTICS you continue to reference? Do you have Uverse TV?

OOPS wrong place, I don't have ATT U-VERSE. I have Cincinnati Bell FIOPTICS. DUH!
