Good evening,

I've had this problem for about 4 weeks now and whenever I try to log into my movie apps (Starz, Epix, Showtime) I'm unable to login. The website says "Service Unavailable" for weeks now. I've reported this to AT&T reps and I've spoken to multiple technicians with no success.


-iPhone 8 S Plus

-iOS 15.6.1

My attempts to resolve this;

-Spoken to AT&T technicians (resync'd my account)

-Removed apps and reinstalled

-Cleared cache and cookies within Safari

Has anyone else had these issues or any suggestions how to fix this?

Let's help with accessing your movie apps, @KemistBH!

Thank you for letting us know which steps you've already taken to troubleshoot. Which TV package do you currently have?

We recommend that you reboot your gateway. This can help to re-sync your connection. To perform a manual reboot, follow these steps:

  1. Unplug the power cord from the back of your gateway or modem. If you have: 
    • An internal battery backup, remove it
    • DSL, unplug the phone cord from your modem or gateway
  2. Wait 20 seconds.
  3. Put the internal battery back in if you have one. 
  4. Plug the power cord back in. If you have DSL service, reconnect the phone cord.
  5. Wait up to 10 minutes for the gateway or modem to restart and your Broadband light to turn solid green.

It may also be necessary to restart your TV receiver. To do this, press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds. This takes 5-8 minutes and will impact any DVR recordings in progress.
