IOS app (iPad) is not refreshing list of recorded shows
My iPad app is not showing the correct recorded shows that are available. Using my remote, I have watched and deleted shows. When I open the UVerse app, the shows I deleted are still listed. Even after dragging down the list window (typical for refreshing), the list won't change. Even after an hour, the shows that should no longer be displayed in my "recordings" list still show up.
Anyone have a solution?

We understand you're having issues with deleted recordings still showing up on the list in the app.
Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the app to see if it still shows the deleted recordings?

I've done it once already. Deleting and re-installing is not something I want to continue. However, the recording refreshed over-night. But that is still too long. Basically, the refresh does not seem to work.
