The NHL Network has been  gone from U-verse since October 1, 2011. Are you just discovering that now? You should have checked first before you signed up with U-verse.

As far as I know, the hockey playoffs are on NBC owned channels, not the NHL Network. Some first round games can be found on your local regional sports channel if the team is from your RSN area.

All NHL playoff games are on NBC Sports, CNBC, USA, and on Sunday, NBC itself.

Indeed. However, it isn't out of the ordinary for a big-time fan of the league to ask for the league's channel, especially during the "business part" of the season, so to speak.

But yeah...the channel has been gone for such a long time...it isn't much of a secret, either. It'd be nice to get it back, but from what I heard, NHL Network wants something like U-300. AT&T says the ratings aren't there and offers the sports tier.

Can get many here in metro Detroit on CBC CBET HD 1009, never any blackouts since it's a Canadian station. 😉
