HBO Go activation

I've seen this issue posted a number of times with no resolution.  I'll just repost.  I'm having am issue with HBO GO.  I can log in from HBO iPhone App, pS3 or website direct and all give me "It appears that your AT&T U-verse subscription does not include HBO."  I can promise you it does.   


Yes - I am using the master account 

Yes - I do subscribe to HBO

Yes - I have totally uninstalled and reinstalled the App

Yes - I have tried on multiple devices

Yes - I have used this service before 

Yes - I can watch HBO on my TV


Please fix this issue - I pay for this service and expect to be able to use it.  It's hard to understand why there's no fix yet when it's clear that a lot of customers are having this same problem.  Customer service line has no clue what to do.

I've read here a few times that if you do a lost password and reset it that usually clears it up.
