Can't watch AWE TV online even though I have a U450LA package HELP!
I'm a u450la uverse tv customer and I get the AWE TV(Wealth TV) channel but I can not watch it online at uverse.com; it says uverse tv upgrade requirred.
Currious how this can be if I have the highest uverse tv package and get the channel on my TV.

Actually got AWE TV live to play on FF35 w/ u200 on Uverse Online.
Had to fuss around w/plug-ins getting A&E live to play and once I did, went to AWE TV and got live to run. 😉

On line programming and channels are limited.
Not every channel that a customer subscribes to (ie: U450) is available.

I have u200 and it offered me the current show on AWE TV live, said nothing about upgrading. No other shows showed up, but some clips under AWE.
Seems to be the only thing the agreement allows currently.

There was no lock, but they'd go to the next page to play, but on FF35, getting adobe/silverlight problems and just a gray screen showed. On IE 11.0.9600, it'd bring up the play button and time line, but would not start. So, I don't know?

Something how a 200 customer could watch something that a 400 customer couldn't.

Tried logging in again to uverse.com and tried to watch AWE but it gave me the same error.
Contacted ATT on Saturday... the CSR "bumped up the support tier" and said they would contact me within 14 buisness hours....
Tuesday...
I recieved a call saying it should work.. after testing it out with the CSR on the line... it did not work.... the CSR "bumped up the support tier" again.
Hopefully it is resolved soon.
Curious to what are the support tiers?

That's great they finally got it fixed for you. Problems like that crop up on this new set-up and have to be fixed periodically. 😉
