Can’t use third party apps on my Roku, even though I am a ATT Uverse subscriber.

I am an ATT U-verse subscriber. Anytime I try to use any third party apps on my Roku (such as The Food Network or TBS), I am told that “The content is only available to viewers who receive the channel as part of their paid TV subscription”. I do pay for these channels, and I get the on my cable TV, why won’t they work on my Roku?!

Hello @Miss1nik2,

We understand you're having an issue with third party apps not recognizing your log in information. Don't worry we  can help with that.

Have you tried changing your password? changing your password sometimes fixes the errors when trying to login to third party apps. I would advise you try changing your password then re-logging into app to see if you're able to access.

Let us know if your able to log in after password change.
