Title not Found error HBO MAx

I can watch HBO Max on my laptop and I can log into HBO Max on my TV but when I select any title, I get a title not found message with a long error code that says to mention. A typical error code (I have tried many times) looks like:

82caaa4d-4427-4cc5-9a4c-fb2ee27b08db

ERR-003

I've tried HBO Max but they have not been helpful.

Hello @Kthhbbrd, we are here to help with your HBO Max.

If you haven't done so yet, we suggest that you Troubleshoot HBO Max on your TV to fix the error code. All you have to do is scroll down to choose the device your using, select device,and follow the prompts.

We also recommend checking if your tv device is compatible.

Go to www.samsung.com and search HBO Max for compatible devices.

There are many things that can impact your streaming experience like:

The environment of your streaming device.
Your internet plan.
The type of connection you use to access the internet (Wired or Wi-Fi).
The location and environment of the modem.
