Problems viewing hbomax on Xbox series X

Yes this is happening to me!! I have Xbox series x and HBO max will not work, this is a recent thing. Never had a problem before, can’t play any title, glitching and screen goes green. Now if I access it on Roku or my phone it plays fine. Getting really annoying because the Xbox is in the living room and it is our player for all apps for the family.

• Can you access other streaming services on your Xbox? We want to confirm if only HBO Max is affected.
