HBO Max

When we try to activate our HBO Max account we are able to log in on the AT&T watch tv ( the text verification said that we already have an account) only for it to immediately sign us out. Any work arounds or ideas what is going on? Also when selecting provider on HBO Max log in there is no plain AT&T (just u-verse and AT&T TV). When we log in with AT&T TV is says that it does not recognize us. We do not have u-verse.

Let's help you with activating your HBO Max account, @meliodes.

 

Here are some great tips that have helped many of our customers with getting their HBO Max account activated.

 

Lets sign in on a computer to get the account registered and started. First thing we want to do is clear the cache and browser history. If you have a PC running Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Edge:

  1. Open your browser.
  2. Press Ctrl+Shift+Delete.
  3. Select the items you want to clear.
  4. Select the Delete, OK, Clear, or Clear data button, depending on your browser type.
  5. Close and reopen your browser.

Then go to HBOMax.com and chose sign in with a Provider and follow the prompts.

 

Try it this way, then you should be able to log in on your TV after you activate your account.
