HBO max

I’ve been having this ongoing issue with my HBO Max, which is included w my cell phone plan.  Every time I try to sign in, I get a message that reads “Can’t verify subscription”. I’ve talked to numerous customer support people, and no one seems to know what to do.  Please help

Hello rvilla69, we're here to help get your HBO Max up and working.

 

Please follow the "Set Up HBO Max" steps outlined in this article

From a web browser

  1. Go to hbomax.com, then select Sign In.
  2. Select SIGN IN THROUGH TV OR MOBILE PROVIDER.
  3. Choose AT&T and enter the AT&T user ID and password.
  4. Select Sign in.
  5. If it’s your first time signing in, create your HBO Max profile. It may take up to a minute.
  6. Choose your profile to start streaming.

Hi there, @rvilla69! Here is how you can resolve that trend with HBO Max.

 

Customers will receive this error if:

-OR- 

It is possible that you will need to sign out completely from the HBO Max app then sign back in with the Sign in with a Provider option. Find more helpful tips at Stream HBO Max with some AT&T unlimited plans.

This didn’t resolve this issue, unfortunately.  My HBO Max was working then one day I got that error message “cannot verify subscription” doesn’t make sense.
